iPad Wi-Fi not working after unplugging HDMI

My gf plugged in the iPad to a TV at school using an adaptor. After unplugging the iPad, the Wi-Fi just turned off and there is no way to turn it back on. Here's a list of what I've tried:

  • Hard Reset
  • Software Update (Had to be done through the Mac. The update caused bluetooth to stop working.)
  • Turn Airplane On and Off
  • Reset Network Settings
  • Reset All Settings
  • Factory Reset

Does anybody have any idea how to fix this?

Given all that you have already attempted, you would be best advised to seek assistance directly from from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.

Alternatively, if you have access to another Apple device, you can initiate and manage your support cases from Apple devices using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad:
