Charges for iCloud where as I downgraded to Free 5GB
Hey Apple,
I am here to let you know that, Apple is charging me iCloud+ purchases of 200GB I bought before where I have already downgraded to Free 5GB but it is charging me again and again. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time I requested a refund and got one, and this time I am not able to request a refund. Can you please resolve the issue ASAP?
