Forgot my iPhoneXR passcode

I was trying to enable both FaceID and Passcode, and in doing so I entered passcode and now my phone is locked and the passcode is not working. I tried multiple times and I see Security Lockout message, Is it possible to backup my photos not saved in iCloud?
