The computer fell and won't start. Want to find out (for someone else) what setup the computer has so it can replace with equivalent new model. Have the serial number. Just need the specs for this specific computer
Thanks, went there earlier before posting the question. Unfortunately didn't find a way to find out with the SN. Really just need to know the size of the HD to replace, since soon it will be legacy/non supported product. It's a 2017 or 2018 latest.

There IS a link on that page about searching by S/N if the MBP wont run. (although I didn’t personally follow it)
That said, the pics and linked spec descriptions should get the owner “on target” w/o too much difficulty.
Did that and found out that it's a 2017. Because of that probably less relevant to find out about the HD size since it is or will be a legacy product. Will likely suggest middle of the road storage capacity.
