Silence unknown callers not working properly

I have reported this multiple times before. Each time I get an update on the iphone or the Mac, I see if it's fixed. Nope.

When I am using my iMac or iPad or Macbook Air, calls are NOT SILENCED. They come through on those devices regardless of the setting on the phone.

Also, I have never figured out how to report a bug to Apple. Seems like unless you are a developer, they are not interested.

Have 3 different Apple Computers all running latest Ventura 13.5.2.

Also have an iPhone 14 running latest iOS 16.6.1

All 4 devices are using the Same Apple ID Account

All devices are using iCloud to Sync including Pick Up Calls on Other devices

In the iPhone I have setup as per image below from that iPhone 14

No Unknown Calls arrive on any of the devices Laptop, Desktop or iPhone

I understand how it's supposed to work. When I am using just my phone, it works exactly as advertised. When I am on the iPad, for example, I get calls there all the time that say "probable spam".

That probable spam should like something append by your Mobile Carrier and not a process native to iOS or macOS that I know of

Suggest exploring this specific probable spam issue with your Carrier ( Mobile )
