Thanks for your response but I did that first & they said have to contact apple support because OMNY support specialist don’t have access to see Apple Pay transactions

OMNY has the funds. All Apple Pay does is transmit data. Apple can’t refund something they don’t have.
Thank you for your response let me be a little more clear I had cash on my Apple Cash card not Apple Pay with debit or credit card attached
that is why Omny saying they can not track the cash card transaction
