'Picture-in-Picture' Zoom style on Accessibility>Zoom settings messes the mouse pointer – annoying BUG!
I was experimenting with the System Settings>Accesibility>Zoom settings to see how I could use these features with KeyNote, so that I could zoom in a slide while doing my presentation.
When I changed 'Zoom style' to 'Picture-in-Picture', the mouse/trackpad pointer went crazy!
The place where you see the little oblique arrow is not the place where it is really pointing to. When you click the mouse button, an object a few inches away from the arrow is selected/highlighted.
To make things worse, the difference of distance/position between arrow and selection point changes depending on the pointer position on screen.
Thus, it is very difficult to point or select what you want in screen.
I had a hard time trying to revert Zoom style back to 'Full Screen', which reverted things to normal. Only after a long time of trial and error I could make it.
So proceed with caution if you want to try to reproduce this bug. But I really think it is a serious bug, that Apple should fix as soon as possible, since it can make it almost impossible to use the computer.
I'm on a brand-new MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.5.1 (22G90).
