I’m not receiving texts from my android friend

I’m not receiving texts from one person. She receives mine. She is not blocked, hide alerts is turned off too. I deleted the contact and re-entered, I even deleted the conversation and started a new one a few times. I restarted my phone. I get her phone calls, she gets mine, and she even gets my messages, but I don’t get hers. She is an android user, but I tried messaging other users with android, and I receive their messages, it’s just problem with this one person. I was looking at old answers, and turning off and on IMessages doesn’t help. Can someone help please. Thank you!
