data lost

Regrettably, I've unintentionally erased definitly all my photos, including those dating back to 2019. I had purchased 200GB of cloud storage, assuming that if I removed the photos from my device, they would remain safely stored in iCloud. However, it appears I was mistaken. Could you assist me in recovering my lost photos? For context, this deletion occurred approximately 20 to 30 days ago, and I am using an iPhone 7. Thank you in advance for your help.
