I am attempting to upload the lastest Firefox browser. After downloading, it gives the same error message and seems to access the older version. Must I delete the older Firefox app and reload. If so, how can I access th internet without a browser

Attempting to download attempting to download laser safari software. Download seems ok but refuses to launch, perhaps not ‘overwriting’ older software for use.

iPhone 4s, iOS 9
