merge separate email accounts into one folder like "inbox" and "sent" and "trash"
When I look at mail, I want my emails from 4 different accounts to be combined into one folder on the left column.

If you aren't seeing an All Inboxes option in Mail on your Mac, you can add that option via the Favorites using either process below:
* In the Mail sidebar: Drag a mailbox from another section of the sidebar into Favorites. You can also click the Add buttonat the top of Favorites, select a mailbox from the pop-up menu (dimmed mailboxes are already in Favorites), then click OK.
* In the Favorites bar: Drag a mailbox from the Mail sidebar into the Favorites bar.
The Mail sidebar and the Favorites bar show the same favorite mailboxes.
