Are you doing this CV in Pages '09 or any Pages version after V5? If the latter, click on the > Spacing item to open it up to show Before and After Paragraph spacing:

Place your cursor behind the period in each list item. Then change your After Paragraph setting to the size of inter-list item gap that you prefer (eg. 3 or 4 pt).
For more impact, state what database, and any measurable cost or time savings (hard numbers or percentages) to the business unit that you were responsible in achieving.
