Why did you switch my phone to e-pin want my phone back to the way it was

I like my Sim card. I installed the updated Apple software and now it’s an eSIM card and I don’t know how to get there on my phone and I don’t have the time to go down to Verizon to figure it out.

I didn’t switch anything on your phone. I am a user, just like you in this user to user forum. And Apple didn’t switch your phone to an eSIM either; if anyone did it was your carrier. You will have to contact them, or more likely you got a prompt that asked it you wanted to update to eSIM and you tapped Yes. And there’s no point in going down to Verizon, because the staff in Verizon stores are salespeople, and except by chance have not technical knowledge. Your best bet is their telephone support, which isn’t great either, but at least has knowledgeable techs.
