billing problem

Hi

I haven't done my old debt on my Icloud Store, so I can't download and update apps on my phone, so I'm not able to see my debt.

Could you let me know how can I check this data and pay this debt.

Sincerely, Beka.

Hey there beka249,

Thanks for reaching out. If you need to add funds to your Apple Account balance, you can use the guidance below:

Add funds to your Apple Account balance on Mac or PC

1. On your Mac, open the App Store. On a PC, open iTunes for Windows. If you're not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID.
2. Open the Account Information page:
* On a Mac, click your name or the account button in the sidebar. Then click View Information or Account Settings at the top of the screen.
* On a PC, from the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > View My Account. Sign in with your Apple ID, then click View Account.
3. On the Account Information page, click Add Money or Add Money to Account.
4. Click the amount that you want to add. Or to automatically add to your balance in the future, click Set Up Auto Reload. What's auto reload?
5. Click Next, then confirm your selection. Some payment methods might prompt you to verify your purchase with a text message or other method.
