I can not log out of Apple ID that was recently blocked by apple

I have an Apple ID that was recently blocked in AppStore and iTunes by Apple so now I can not sign it out from my cell phone

I have another Apple ID that was blocked by Apple due to suspicious activity though now I can not sign out as the msg pops up again and again when I type the password

Never post your Apple ID credentials (such as Apple ID, billing address, phone number, etc.) on a public forum, that is asking for trouble.

Have asked the host to remove it.
