Here I am once again asking a question with a yes or no answer in a forum for a multi billion dollar company instead of finding the answer in documentation.
Here's the question:
CAN I USE ADOBE FONTS IN PAGES?
If so, why are they not appearing, and if not why not?

In Pages, make sure check Format > Font > Show Fonts > All Fonts. Sometimes fonts will be available there which have not yet appeared in the drop down menu.

yes, you should be able to use the Adobe Fonts app to add fonts to Pages.
