My app store apple ID is different to my apple ID. I need to change it to recent apple ID. I already set up app store apple ID by using setting, but it never changes.

What exactly did you do to "setup app store apple id by user setting"? where in Settings did you make this change?
What exactly is not changing?
Why do you have 2 different Apple IDs?
If you open the App Store click on the Apple ID at the bottom left corner which Apple ID is signed in? Is that the one you want to change?
Do note even after the change, all Apps downloaded with a specific Apple Id will forever be tied to that Apple ID, and will forever require it and its password to update.
