Follow these instructions:
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
If you did not enable Find My on the phone.....before.....it was lost, there is no way for you to locate the phone online. You will have to look for the phone the old fashioned way, ask at the Lost and Found, etc.
