How to use iPhone 15 Pro in South Africa?

I did provide an answer. Again: the country of sale of the actual device has no bearing on downloading or using a specific app.

If you were able to download the App, then it should work, unless the App itself is requiring you to be in a specific location or country to use it. But that would be down to the app, not the iPhone model itself.

Can you find it but it won't download?

The country of purchase of a device has no bearing on the ability to download apps. That is controlled by the country setting for the Apple ID.
