Turning on Wifi
My iphone 13 will not allow me to toggle on the wifi

How about Bluetooth? Can you turn that on?
If both are greyed out that indicates a hardware failure of the radio chip that supports both; contact Apple support for repair options using the Support link at the top or bottom of this page.
If it is just Wi-Fi try:
Open Settings
- Tap General
- Tap Transfer or Reset Phone
- Tap Reset
- Tap Reset Network Settings
This will erase all Wi-Fi passwords, but will not result in any other data loss.
