Music doesn’t connect with my timer

Every morning when i set a timer i put a music on it. With my iphone 11 was this no problem. But since i have a iPhone 14 i cant weak up with music anymore. When my timer goes there goes a standard timer off instead of the music song i put in and downloaded. How can i fix this?

Music application for iPhone 14 Plus stops playing music after 1-2 songs I just switched from iPhone 7 Plus to iPhone 14 Plus. I moved all of my local mp3 files from the old phone to the new phone. I have 15,000+ songs (90 GB). My new phone is running iOS 16.4. I use iTunes on my PC to manage my music and playlists. Everything was working fine on the iPhone 7 for years. But now, when I go to iPhone 14, choose a playlist and hit Shuffle, it will play 1 song, maybe 2, but then just stop in the middle of the second song. When I look at the Music app, I can see that it says “Loading…” where the title of the song normally is at the bottom of the screen. After a few second, it shows the song that was playing and I can hit play again. It will then start playing that song from the beginning. Then it will stop after another song or two. I’m usually at home playing on a Bluetooth speaker (JBL Go) and my phone is connected to the Wi-Fi. Although it seems like I shouldn’t need Wi-Fi to play local songs. But it also stops playing even when I’m not using an external speaker. I have tried several things. Turning phone on/off, deleting the Music app and reinstalling it and reloading all the music (took a long time), resetting the network connection, making sure the wi-fi is up and strong, and making sure there are no iOS updates. Any suggestions?

Apple Devices app disconnects iPhone during music sync while trying to update or synch my music on my Iphone 16 Pro Max through the Apple devices app, it continually disconnects and I have to start over. Its a pain when im updating because it screws up my phone and I have to reinstall from last backup every time. But now I'm trying to synch my music back on and it keeps kicking out and the app shuts down and I have to start all over. Is it a problem with the app itself? I'm using a brand new cable directly to the computer to sych.
