My iPad has been locked since last year. I cannot access my iCloud password and I’ve changed my phone number so I can’t use my old phone number on it. All I want to do is factory reset it, I have the IOS 16 update and tried everything. No help.

Im completely locked out of my iPad. I know my Passcode but I don’t know my iCloud password and says it’s been locked due to security reasons. I don’t use my old phone number on this iPad (gen 7). All I want to do is factory reset it without the iCloud passcode and I don’t have a Mac computer.

Please I just want to go back to an old factory reset iPad :,) …. I’ve tried everything and put in all my old passwords but all it does is load on the screen for hours!!! I cannot afford a new iPad.
