My Airpods Pro 2 will not light up nor charge, no light regardless of how long I leave it plugged in.

Tried all the regular suggestions but it wouldn't light up or charge.

SOLVED (and certainly not by Apple):

If anyone thinks well or maybe owns the device you'd know there is zero (0) way to reset Airpods if they aren't charged or paired, duh!

Eventually, I discovered a Magsafe charger and laid the Airpod case on it, and guess what, it lit up orange.

Immediately plugged it into a charger cable and guess what, it worked, was fully charged, and just needed a backdoor kick in the behind to realize that.

So regardless of the Community Specialist's response, I got it working and THIS is a solution, not pointing people to useless information a sixth, no third!, grader would know about using Airpods.

Hi danhorn,

We'd recommend attempting to reset your AirPods as outlined in the article here: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support

If they either won't reset, or still show no lights whatsoever, also test on a different charger and plugged into a different outlet.

Should the issue persist, contact Apple Support to look at service options.
