Migration assistant, other files and folders

"Other files and folders" includes everything not in one of the other categories. You can exclude it if you wish, and if something does not work correctly you can always erase the Mac and start over again.

It's easier to include it and delete anything you determine to be unnecessary later.

Only you can determine what you need.

Transfer everything. It was, after all, on the old computer so you either put it there or allowed it. If you no longer need something transferred ... delete or uninstall it.
