How to reedem my Apple Gift card if codes are not readable?

I'm having difficulty redeeming an iTunes Gift Card. Unfortunately the 16 digit code is unreadable. Can I still redeem the value of the gift card?

The user reported has a concern, rather than posting a a question he has reported.I tried scanning the card as suggested, As that was unsuccessful, I was required to put in the 16 digit code but I'm unable to do that because it is unreadable. I am using an iphone 7.
