Hello, having problems with an iPad I bought of a mate. Cannot download any app what so ever.wen I go to software update it.says that your software is up to date.
But when I try and download
It says.
You must update to iOS 13.4 in order to download and use this application.
Looks like you have bought an outdated iPad, can’t be update to a higher iOS (13 and later).
