Mac has no user to log into

I’m in full panic mode, please help.

A few weeks ago, our organization was implementing new security policies and enrolling our previously private macbooks into an org managed system. While installing spyware for that system, I was prompted to share all sorts of data from my personal Apple ID (like contacts, etc). So as a quick solution, I simply deleted my Apple ID from the system. Fine, problem solved.

But today I had to restart the machine. After restart, it just pops up and asks for “Name” and “Password”.

There is NO user to select. Is everything gone? Like surely this operating system doesn’t just wipe itself when an Apple ID isn’t set??!!!!!
