Carplay freezing/black screen

I just installed new after market infotainment system in my car. It works just fine when I use Google Maps and Apple Music at once. But after about 20-30 minutes, the Carplay is not responding at all. Try to unplug and plug the cable back, then the screen goes black, but the audio is working well. The only way to fix it is only turn off-on my car.


I’ve tried to change the cable and reset the infotainment system. But the issue is not solved yet.


Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
