I have trouble with my password every time I try to get in my Apple ID it’s so nerve-racking please tell me what to do

I need help with a password because when I try to put my password in to Apple or iCloud, I’ll make a new one today. Tomorrow I cannot get in it I put the password because I’m writing down. I need to know how to fix it to where I don’t have to change my password every other day or avoid getting Apple ID or iCloud Passwords etc. on any device are use.
