Missing paperclip icon indicating attachments in Mac Mail

I just got a solution to the missing paperclip Icon in Mac mail on my MacBook Air running Ventura 13.5.2. In column mode, control click on the header. A drop down menu appears. Click attachments and 'Voila, there it is again. It took quite some time to have it figured out.

Can't open mail attachments I can't open the attachment in apple Mail APP in Mac OS I click on the paperclip and nothing happens. I press it twice and nothing happens. I click quick view and nothing happens either. I close the application Mail I open it again, open the email with the problem, and everything works fine. And so every day. Every time I have to close the Mail APP and open it again for it to work properly.
