Apple Health app keeps crashing.

My Apple Health app crashes when I try to access ‘Clinical Notes’ in my connected health account 1 (all other data displays fine). The ‘Clinical Notes’ (and all other data) in my connected health account 2 works as expected. Both use MyChart. Any thoughts
