Yes; you may need a plug adapter. Apple's charging equipment will accept 100 to 240 volts.

You would never plug the phone directly into any outlet.
You would plug the power adapter / charger into the wall outlet and then plug the phone into the power adapter / charger.
If your power adapter / charger is designed to plug into an U.S. type wall outlet, you will need an adapter for Spain. Something like the example below:
