We see you're on a Windows PC, and mentioned using Twitter. Both of these are third-party developed. If you're concern is with either one of these, then the next step would be to contact Microsoft and/or Twitter Support as they'll be in the best position to assist further.

If you're using any Apple devices, it's always recommend to keep both the OS version up to date, along with any apps you're using on them(such as the Twitter app).
