cloudy top part of my screen
The top part of my two-year-old watch is cloudy
approximately 1/4 of the screen any suggestions?

Sounds like a hardware problem. Your best option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it:

Although I doubt a series 1 watch is no longer supported.
