Mac Studio M1 Max 32GB Regular Kernel Panics

My Mac Studio is rebooting due to a Kernel Panic every few days. I first thought this was possibly due to restoring from a backup of my 2012 iMac 27" when I first setup the Mac Studio so I erased everything and did a fresh install of the OS. I have only installed the software that I regularly use as the need for each application has arisen and still the Kernel Panics continue. I have attached the EtreCheck report.

Mac Studio, macOS 13.5

This is going to be hard to track down as it doesn't crash when I am actively using the system. It only has been crashing when I am away from the system. I thought it was possibly the SuperDuper backup software causing the issue because it wasn't doing the scheduled backups. I haven't reinstalled that program since I wiped and reinstalled the OS.

EtreCheck is a FREE simple little diagnostic tool to display the important details of your system configuration and allow you to copy that information to the Clipboard. It is meant to be used with Apple Support Communities to help people help you with your Mac. It will not display any personal info.
