how do i log into a private relay email?
I'm having trouble trying to find where this email is or how to even log into it to see what emails are being sent. How do i access this?

There may be a misunderstanding in what iCloud Private Relay is and how it works. Per the support article About iCloud Private Relay:
"iCloud Private Relay is designed to protect your privacy by ensuring that when you browse the web in Safari, no single party — not even Apple — can see both who you are and what sites you're visiting."
Another explanation is covered in Browse the web in a more secure and private way with iCloud Private Relay:
"iCloud Private Relay helps prevent websites and network providers from creating a detailed profile about you. When Private Relay is turned on, the traffic leaving your device is encrypted and sent through two separate internet relays. This prevents websites from seeing your IP address and location and network providers from collecting your browsing activity. Neither one knows both who you are and what websites you visit."
This service is designed to protect your web browsing privacy, and is not related to email service at all.
You may instead be referring to the Hide My Email service, detailed at Set up and use Hide My Email in iCloud+ on all your devices. This service allows you to create unique random email addresses to protect the privacy of your real email address. Messages sent from these accounts would be done at the iCloud website following the steps in Use Hide My Email in Mail on iCloud.com.
