I cannot get into my iCloud account or sign into my settings

I have phone numbers on my account that I’ve never seen before and I’m locked out of my account and cannot sign into my iCloud account either

My iCloud account is disabled I am a new I phone user and I bought a iPhone a few months ago and decided to change my phone number after a couple of months with that being said I could no longer verify with my new phone number so it’s very simple I know my Appleid I know my password I just need to be able to log in to my iCloud account.
