You can apply for an Apple Card Mastercard anytime you’re in Path to Apple Program. If it’s an official invitation you must accept the invitation and apply for an account and your credit will be reviewed using a different set of criteria for approval.
Please review the entire article and if you have additional questions, please reply as soon as possible.
>>Reapply for Apple Card when you get an invitation
When you successfully complete the program, you will be invited to reapply for Apple Card.
If your monthly payment obligations increase or your income decreases during the program, it may impact whether your application is approved.
If you don't reapply within 14 days of receiving your invite, Goldman Sachs may evaluate your application using the standard criteria instead of the Path to Apple Card program requirements. This could also impact whether your application is approved.<<
About Path to Apple Card - Apple Support
I guess I should’ve asked what the invitation email looks like. I think this is a bug in Apple’s marketing flow. If someone is already on the path to Apple Card they shouldn’t be sent marketing emails to apply for the card unless they’ve completed the tasks successfully.
It’s just a marketing email. Apple sends them even if you’re on the path to Apple program.
The fact that it says “your new credit limit” implies that I have an existing credit limit, which is why it’s a little confusing.
