iphone Screen Unresponsive after several minutes of use, after restart

Iphone Display only works a few minutes after restart.

Hello, since yesterday my IPhone (SE) display stopped working properly. Every time I restart the Phone it works perfect but after a few Minutes it stops working without any reason. Restarting it immediately reenable the touch function but then again after a few Moments its not woking anymore. Can anyone Help me?
