Hi! I made a purchase with Apple Pay at Target. I returned the item no more than 5 minutes later. That was 9 days ago. On my Target account, it says it has been refunded to my Apple Pay account, but I don't see the refund anywhere. Where did the money go?
Refunds are always returned by the merchant to the payment method you used. Check with the bank that issued the credit card or debit card you used for the transaction.
Apple has nothing to do with refunds, unless they are the merchant for goods returned for a refund. Refunds can take up to 30 days. In my experience, delays are usually on the part of the merchant and not the credit card issuer.
Did your refund ever show up? If so, how long did it take? I am having a similar issue with a $1600 refund that has yet to post after 22 days.
