Emergency Contacts - “You Have Reached Your Limit” ??

I try to add an EC and get a pop up saying I have reached my EC limit. I thought they were unlimited? Anyway, it says I must delete one in order to add a new one. So, I deleted an EC and tried to add the new one. I got the same pop up as before, but now I have already deleted one EC. 🤷🤦‍♂️ Every time I delete one to make room for a new one, I continue getting the same pop up saying I have reached my limit! Maddening!

Any ideas why this is happening?

EC’s are supposed to be unlimited AND if there IS a limit, what is it and why isn’t it registering correctly?
