Notes on mails

Hi,

Is there any possibility to write some simple note on every mail (I mean in the email client)

I can mark with the color. That's good. But, I would like some short text for example. I have a lot ov invoices and I want to write that's is payed or not. (this is only information for me.

Regards

No mechanism for that, past flags.

Send some feedback to Apple: Product Feedback - Apple

Workarounds: Reply to the mail message with the comment, or forward the message to yourself and add the note there. If you choose the latter, you can potentially establish a rule to automatically file the self-forwarded message into an invoice folder.

Alternatives: Mail makes for a terrible, bad, awful, tedious invoice-tracking system. Consider looking for a better app or SaaS service for invoice tracking and related tasks. Mail can or should be an adjunct to that system (for billing and payments), but not mail as the central mechanism for accounting.
