Я не могу обновить мак изза памяти
На моем мак установлен макрос Вентура , но я не могу обновить т.к. не хватает памяти . У меня свободно 14 гб из 121 . А 89 из них это система . Как ее освободить?

from the Terminal .app you can list the items in the home folder with the sizes, including invisible items,
copy & paste:
sudo ** -h -d 1 ~/
or Try something like OmniDiskSweeper for a GUI to get a good look at itemized file size and location:
