Thank you. I am now getting -2004f. Which then just cycles back to the spinning globe. So it feels like it is in a Loop.
That error indicates some sort of an issue with your network connection. Try connecting the Mac directly to the router using an Ethernet cable and any necessary adapters for a faster more reliable connection which bypasses hard to troubleshoot WiFi issues.
Try power cycling your router.
Sometimes it can even be a router setting or configuration issue, or an ISP issue (you won't be able to do much about the latter though except try Internet Recovery Mode at a different location which uses another ISP).
