Iphone 14 IOS 16.6.1 not showing the notification count bubble on apps

I am not receiving any notification counts on third party apps such as facebook and instagram. I have deleted and re-added apps. Restarted my device and checked all notifications settings on the phone and the app. I do tech troubleshooting for my job and have tried everything I would suggest to patrons. What is happening here? I am giving myself a migraine!!!!!!!

Notification Issue on iPhone 6S Plus after Updating to iOS 15.7.6 Hey everyone, I recently updated my iPhone 6S Plus to iOS 15.7.6 and have been facing a frustrating issue with notifications. After the update, notifications are not showing up for any apps unless I manually open the respective app. Even then, the notifications disappear after 15-20 seconds of opening the app then putting it on background but they only appear for next 15-20 seconds but not after that. I've tried resetting all settings and ensuring that all notification settings are enabled for the apps, but the problem persists. It's quite inconvenient as I rely on notifications for timely updates. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue after updating to iOS 15.7.6? If so, were you able to find a solution? I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or insights you might have. Thanks in advance for your help!
