I have 3 refunds from ebay but it was never credited back to my account!
ebay have refunded me 3 times and i have never received anything having in mind the refund request was done to my apple pay but nothing were received!

Refunds are always returned to the payment used for the purchase/transaction. What credit or debit card did you use to complete the purchase/transaction?
Apple is not a bank. Apple Pay never touches your funds. Apple’s role is to securely transmit data between your bank and the merchant. Basically, nothing more. But Apple Pay is more secure than swiping or using the cards embedded chip. But again, Apple does not receive refunds etc.
The issue in your receiving a refund is between your bank and the merchant (ebay).
