When attempting to stream videos on my Apple TV app from my TV, it says “video unavailable”, however it works fine on my ipad. I have tried many possible fixes to no avail. I do not have a smart TV and get my apps from amazon fire stick. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Several users have reported issues with playback on Fire TV. See the other (large!) threads on this subject on this sub-forum. Check if a new firmware/system software is available for your device. That seems to have solved it for the users that have reacted in other treads here.
Thank you! I did indeed go to the forum and sure enough, it is a widespread issue. Sounds like both amazon and apple are aware and working on it. I appreciate your response!
