Since about 2 weeks ago, I can’t call one number on my phone. We can text each other and they can call me, but whenever I call them it does not ring and goes straight to call failed. I can call every other number with no issues, and had no issues calling the number before (no changes to the number or contact in this time).
We’ve both checked our block lists (not on there) and checked with our providers (no issues).
Any suggestions?

They will probably try to avoid helping you but yes, the problem is with one (or both) of your providers. The goal of cellular carriers customer service is to get you off the phone as fast as possible. It's not their fault but they have quotas. You have to be EXTREMELY persistent and keep escalating the call until you get to actual tech support.
Unfortunately, we've spoken to both providers many times and they insist it is not a problem on their site and have no solution.
If anyone has any additional suggestions please let me know.
