Not supportied can’t transfer my phone number to my new phone

I'll make a couple of assumptions here.

1. Your are in the US
2. Your old phone has a physical SIM card
3. Your new phone uses a eSIM

You will have to contact your carrier to obtain an eSIM for your number. You can't just use the SIM number from the old phone.

Contact your carrier for help with their service.

Where did you get this phone, is it locked to a different carrier?
