my phone have started saying sos only for the past day and i’ve tried everything to cut it off iphone 12 mini

Contact your wireless carrier. Your iPhone either isn't connected to their network or there's a problem with your account on it.

If it says SOS only, that means it cannot receive a cellular signal for the network you use.

This could be due to a local tower failure, you may want to contact your cellular provider and ask.
